1 · Certificate
Talqo generates the key pair. The private key stays here, encrypted — you upload only the
public certificate to your Entra app registration (Certificates & secrets → Certificates).
2 · Connect
After the certificate is uploaded and admin consent is granted, enter the app's identifiers.
Nothing is saved until Microsoft accepts them.
CRM delivery — webhook

Send every approved field to your own CRM through Zapier, Power Automate or your own endpoint.
Nothing is ever sent without a human approval — a proposal on its own goes nowhere.
Each delivery is signed, so your endpoint can prove it came from Talqo.

A person who is not a Talqo user — someone named on a call — asking to be removed. Preview first: nothing changes until you confirm. Redactions leave a visible marker and are audit-logged.
